Senior Product Manager, 1P Supply Efficiency
Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and innovative Senior Product Manager to lead strategic initiatives transforming Middle Mile transportation. You will define a vision that sets new standards for customers and stakeholders while ensuring high performance.
In this role, you will collaborate with operations, technology, and finance teams to develop and implement strategies that improve Amazon Managed efficiency. The environment is fast-paced, requiring leadership at both strategic and tactical levels, including deep dives into business and technical domains.
Key Responsibilities
1. Own business strategy and implementation across Europe.
2. Coordinate programs across technology, operations, and product stakeholders.
3. Launch products, monitor performance metrics, and report on key objectives.
4. Utilize data to identify operational challenges and drive continuous improvements.
5. Collaborate with various Amazon departments to leverage best practices.
6. Lead multidisciplinary teams to overcome challenges and progress.
7. Manage stakeholders, internal processes, and define standards.
A Day in the Life
You will plan, implement, and improve initiatives to ensure smooth operations. Working closely with Amazon colleagues, you'll understand their workflows, share your expertise, and identify new opportunities. You will lead the design and implementation of these initiatives, encouraging your team to meet deliverables and explore data-driven improvements.

Basic Qualifications
* Experience in product management

* Experience owning product strategy and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, or related fields
* Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
