We are looking for a dynamic Senior HR Business Partner to join a forward-thinking organisation at the forefront of innovation and transformation.

As Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the people strategy, driving engagement, and enabling leaders to build high-performing teams.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders, providing expert guidance across a range of HR disciplines including organisational design, talent management, and cultural change.
We are looking for an individual that has:
Proven experience operating as a senior HR professional in a complex business environment.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
A commercial mindset and the ability to deliver strategic initiatives with impact.
