Location: Health & Safety Laboratory, Harpur Hill Industrial Estate, Harpur Hill, Buxton, Derbyshire, England, SK17 9JN.
Salary: £23,868 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Weekly hours: 37.5
Shift pattern: 8.30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
* Manage phone call and email requests, support employees, and log information onto a database.
* Deliver high levels of service and ensure that Mitie’s policies, processes, and procedures are followed.
* Manage the flow of requests to ensure continuous and efficient service.
* Answer emails, phone calls, and walk-in queries; log jobs, send quotes to clients for approval, and inform engineers of daily workloads.
* Produce reprographics and printing requests for training on site; fulfil the contract with the client and ensure contractual obligations are met.
* Be the first line of contact for the Mitie team; input and output help desk data and monitor performance against SLAs.
* Work under pressure to meet deadlines while effectively managing workloads.
* Demonstrate strong literacy and numeracy; be proficient with Microsoft Office; communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
* Maintain confidentiality and respect the needs of all stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Essential skills: computer skills, customer service, and Microsoft Office.
* Experience in customer service and ability to deliver professional service.
