The Role As a Health & Social Care Trainer, you will:
* Deliver engaging, face-to-face training to groups of learners
* Uphold inclusive and learner-centred training practices
* Manage your own continued professional development (CPD)
* Represent Orchard Rock with professionalism and enthusiasm
What We’re Looking For Essential:
* Level 3 Award in Education and Training
* A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* A self-motivated and proactive approach
* Previous experience in training, teaching, or within the care sector
This is a field-based role with travel to different client sites. While some overnight stays may be required, we aim to keep these to a minimum and provide as much notice and support as possible.
