A leading independent consultancy based in the North West is seeking a dedicated Health & Safety / CDM Advisor to join their expanding team. Your Role and Responsibilities Your primary focus will be to provide comprehensive HSE support across multiple sites and clients within the housebuilding sector. Key responsibilities include: * Conducting site inspections and support visits. * Providing technical and HSE support to site management teams. * Undertaking targeted monthly checks. * Attending monthly client and internal meetings. * Supporting clients with additional services when required. * Finding practical solutions to site issues. * Building trust and strong working relationships with site teams. * Investigating incidents and accidents. * Carrying out external Principal Contractor / Client inspections. * Delivering in-house training for operatives and management teams. What You Bring to the Table * UK-based construction * NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate. * Experience working across multiple clients and projects. * Principal Designer experience or understanding of PD duties under CDM 2015 (desirable). * A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role * Full UK driving licence.
