About this opportunity Production Ensure team compliance with all safety procedures and safe systems of work Ensure product quality is maintained, reacting to any change in process, and follow up on non-conformance Focus on production output during shift React to and prevent spoilage, implementing appropriate corrective actions where required Set and maintain a high standard of housekeeping Lead improvement activities Communicate across the department in relation to the above processes by ensuring logbooks are completed and liaising with other shift Team Leaders to ensure effective communication across the department Control autonomous maintenance activities Ensure effective shift handovers are conducted by all team members Participate in the development of the team Utilise available resources across the department Reporting Review and sign-off logbooks, action issues as appropriate Assist with breakdown analysis, corrective action reports and complaint investigations Leadership Expectations Demonstrate a commitment to Safety - STOP cards/Audits Show awareness of and promote business requirements Show commitment to team working.
