Our expanding transport team in Harworth have an exciting opportunity for aDriver Debriefer to join their team on a full time permanent basis! As a Driver Debriefer you willbe responsible for providinggeneral administration support to the Transport Department. Salary: £29,500 per annum Shift: 4 on 4 off 06:00 - 18:00 Key Duties of aDriver De-Briefer include: Correctly debriefing drivers. Checking all timesheets for correct completion and ensuring all PODs are returned completed correctly. Scanning and storing PODs using Culinas document management system. Preparing drivers wallets and issuing delivery notes in drop sequence plus any other relevant delivery information. Printing all despatch notes and replenishing despatch paper as required. Answering the telephone and assisting with any enquiries. Downloading drivers cards / tachographs. Ensuring all estimated time of arrivals (ETAs) are communicated to Customer Services. Consistently updating all spreadsheets including, but not limited to; change-overs, run summaries and trailer check sheets. Departing & Completing of loads using Transport Management System (TMS). Ensuring all uplifts are despatched in correct loads. Ensure all trailers are tracked. Qualifications
Attention to detail / accuracy. Positive and adaptable attitude. Excellent communication skills in order to deliver accurate information. Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure. Effectively prioritise work load in order to meet set deadlines. Good standard of computer literacy, particularly MS Office e.g. PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
