We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our dedicated Customer Service Team, reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

1. Handling inbound calls and emails
2. Responding to enquiries and providing service information
3. Supporting clients through the onboarding process
4. Assisting with technical queries
5. Processing payments
6. Managing client offboarding

You’ll deliver outstanding customer service and ensure every interaction promotes a positive experience.
