CRA Consulting is working with a nationally recognised Serious Injury practice that is expanding its Grade B fee-earning team — offering true remote working, with office attendance only once per quarter.
🔍 The Opportunity
You’ll manage a portfolio of claimant Serious Injury claims, predominantly RTA-based, with values typically ranging from £50,000 to £150,000.
Alongside your own caseload, you’ll play a key role in mentoring junior colleagues, supporting team performance, and contributing to the continued growth of a well-respected Serious Injury department.
