Your new role
As the Contract Manager, you will be responsible for leading a Facilities Management contract on a large, single site. You will ensure delivery of high standards in line with SLA's and act as the main point of contact for department leadership teams. You will be in a largely client-facing role which will include stakeholder management and relationship building. Furthermore, you will be responsible for leading teams across hard and soft service delivery.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role, you should have experience leading a Facilities Management contract with a strong focus on leadership and service delivery. You will be required to bepetent managing budgets, including cost control and financial reporting. Experience delivering both hard and soft services is preferred. Prior experience managing stakeholders will be an advantage.
