We are seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a child in EYFS in a vibrant primary school located in Horwich. This is a rewarding role for someone who is passionate about inclusive education and committed to helping pupils with additional needs reach their full potential. The Role: Personalised Support: Working 1:1 with a specific pupil to support their academic, social, and emotional development. Curriculum Adaptation: Tailoring classroom activities to suit the pupil's individual learning plan (ILP). Behaviour Management: Using positive reinforcement and de-escalation strategies to maintain a focused learning environment. Collaboration: Working closely with the Class Teacher and SENDCo to monitor and report on progress.
