Chichester Wellbeing team are looking for a temporary Senior Wellbeing Officer to cover maternity leave for up to a year, starting in early December 2025.
We work with adults in our community to support them to remain healthy, prevent heart disease, Cancer and type 2 diabetes. The Senior Wellbeing Officer supervises the work of the team on a day to day basis ensuring the service runs smoothly and is delivered effectively in line with contractual requirements.
You will directly supervise the work of 4 members of the team supporting them to deliver on their targets and ensure their own wellbeing.
You will work with the team manager to produce quarter reports based on the service outcomes.
You will be integral to embedding the new data recording system due to go live in April 2026 so will need to be able to quicky learn this new system and support the team to use it.
You will also be responsible for promoting the service and managing a marketing plan for the year.
