Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + competitive package

Robert Walters are delighted to have partnered with a market leader based in Crawley, who is looking to recruit a highly commercial Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis. This role would particularly suit a CIMA/ACCA studier or finalist, who is looking to take on a broad commercial and reporting position within a large and progressive organisation.
Role overview:
As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior Finance Business Partner in delivering accurate and insightful data sets and monthly management accounts. Your responsibilities will include producing monthly analysis, assisting in the production of monthly management accounts, and supporting overhead budget holders in completing budget submissions. You will also be involved in annual financial plan preparation and business plan modelling. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships at all levels.
Key responsibilities:
* Assist the Senior Finance Business Partner in managing the Management Accounts model
* Produce monthly contribution analysis from management accounts information
* Support with the production of meaningful monthly results commentary for Finance Business Partner review
* Complete analysis of accrual workings & reconciliations
* Assist with annual financial plan preparation & business plan modelling
* Manage the approval of recharges from British Airways
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Finance Business Partner role will have attained operational level or equivalent as a CIMA/ACCA studier or finalist.
Management Accounting knowledge, and experience working with large data sets is essential, and any prior experience with PowerBI is beneficial.
