Our client, a boutique executive-search firm with lovely west-end based offices, is seeking a project coordinator/assistant to join them on a 3-month contract basis. Starting asap, and covering for a colleague on sick leave, the role is also designed to support the team through a particularly busy period and may well be extended or even go permanent dependent on the business needs.
Certainly seeking a candidate who can commit until September, the client is looking for an organized, reliable, and client facing individual who has worked in a search or recruitment heavy admin roles before.
A combination of PA style duties - such as diary and calendar management, travel booking, expenses etc. – as well as more search specific projects such as interview scheduling, research, collating of BD/ marketing collateral, this is a varied support role that requires excellent attention to detail and a first rate communicator who is well versed at offering project admin style support in a fast paced environment. Working as part of a high-performance team, this role has the scope to develop and become more involved/client facing as the candidate’s understanding of the business grows. The company has a very generous hybrid model – 2 days in office – and as such, we are seeking a trustworthy, capable, and switched-on candidate who can self-motivate and work effectively from home.
