Overview
We’re looking for a Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to join the Stoneworld marketing team based at our head office in Great Milton, Oxfordshire.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in digital marketing and social media to help shape how our brands connect with audiences online. You’ll be part of a supportive and creative team that works across several connected brands: Stoneworld, Park Lane, Rob Parker’s Best, and New World Energy; each with its own personality and target audience.
The focus of this role is to provide support on brand consistency whilst we grow as a brand(s) on social media and support lead generation for the sales team. You’ll take ownership of scheduling, posting, and managing activity across key channels, ensuring our content is consistent and aligned with brand messaging and brand goals. You’ll collaborate closely with our designers, digital specialist and marketing manager to bring our initiatives to life.
While you won’t be solely responsible for running paid campaigns, an understanding of how paid digital advertising works (on platforms like Pinterest, Google, and Meta) will help you coordinate effectively and support campaign planning.
The ideal candidate will be organised, creative, and curious, someone who enjoys spotting trends, improving results, and finding smart ways to connect with audiences. You’ll join a close-knit team that values creativity, clear communication, and collaboration, and we work closely with our sales, design, and external agency partners to ensure our marketing efforts are joined-up and effective across all brands.
This position is on-site in Great Milton, Oxfordshire.
Responsibilities
* Manage and schedule social media activity using HubSpot and related tools
* Collaborate with the marketing team on content planning and execution across all relevant social channels
* Ensure consistency of tone, style, and brand identity across Stoneworld and partner brands
* Contribute to campaign strategy and support the integration of paid and organic content
* Possess working knowledge of paid media platforms (Pinterest, Reddit, Google, Meta) and collaborate effectively on paid campaigns where required
* Monitor social performance and assist with analytics and reporting
* Keep abreast of trends, tools, and best practices within social and digital marketing
Requirements
* 2+ years’ experience in social or digital marketing, ideally within stone, construction, or trade-related industries
* Familiarity with HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools
* Understanding of paid social and digital advertising platforms
* Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
* Confident communicator with a creative and analytical mindset
* Self-sufficient, proactive, and comfortable collaborating across teams and with external partners
* Strong organisational skills and a strategic, growth-oriented approach to social media
