Product Manager (12 month fixed term contract)

Role Overview:We're hiring a Product Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract basis, to lead the development of data‑driven, customer‑centric products to help Tesco tailor their ranges and planograms to each store.
Role Responsibilities:
* Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle (research, discovery, delivery and optimisation)
* Define and execute product strategy, roadmaps and backlog priorities
* Partner with data science, engineering and analytics teams to deliver scalable solutions
* Lead delivery of data science models that are scalable and API ready
* Collaborate with Tesco stakeholders to align product outcomes with customer and commercial needs
* Use data and experimentation to drive continuous improvement
Key Requirements:
* Proven Product Management experience delivering complex, data‑led products
* Strong analytical mindset with an interest in data science
* Demonstrated experience in research and discovery
* Experience working with data science or insights‑driven products
* Technical knowledge of APIs, with experience delivering or building API services
* Strong stakeholder and client management skills
* Experience managing backlogs, prioritisation and product roadmaps in agile environments
