💼 What You’ll Bring:

* A Level 2 Early Years Qualification (or higher)
* A strong dedication to child development and safeguarding
* Willingness to complete enhanced DBS and safer recruitment checks

* Planning creative, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
* Supporting your team with flexibility, warmth, and professionalism
* Building trusting relationships with parents and carers
* Creating a vibrant, imaginative learning environment
