Summary
We are seeking a talented Chef De Partie (full time) and a Breakfast Chef (7am to 10am 6 days per week) to join our dynamic kitchen team at The Three Lions Public House. In this role, you will be essential in preparing high-quality dishes that delight our patrons while maintaining the standards of food safety and kitchen efficiency.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
* Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
* Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene practices.
* Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service.
* Support the Head Chef in menu development and special events.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a restaurant setting.
* Strong culinary skills with a passion for food preparation.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
