We’re looking for a Tech Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of the perm US market, with a strong focus on Austin, Texas. You’ll specialise in the rapidly growing IoT & Edge Computing space - covering areas such as wireless connectivity, artificial intelligence, and energy sustainability - a genuine interest in (or experience recruiting for) technology domains is essential.
This is an opportunity to build and scale a niche desk within a values-driven, award-winning consultancy, becoming a recognised specialist while working closely with some of the most exciting companies shaping the future of technology.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Building and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients
* Establishing yourself as an industry specialist
* Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle across contract/perm roles in tech
* Sourcing top-tier contractors through networking, LinkedIn, and referrals
* Taking part in industry events, podcasts, and international conferences
* Building elite talent pools within your industry specialism
* Collaborating with 5V Media to elevate and build your personal brand
What We’re Looking For
Resilient, ambitious, and target-driven
Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills
Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple projects
A true team player who brings energy and drive to everything they do
Bonus: experience in tech recruitment or the US/EU
