Technical Manager – Food Manufacturing

Responsibilities
* Lead and develop technical, QA, and maintenance teams.
* Maintain BRC Grade A and other key accreditations.
* Oversee food safety systems, audits, and staff training.
* Support new product development from concept to production.
* Champion continuous improvement and a strong food safety culture.
Qualifications
* Proven technical/QA leadership in food manufacturing.
* Strong knowledge of food safety regulations & BRC audits.
* A proactive, people-focused leader with commercial awareness.
* Passion for driving improvements and getting results.
