Key Responsibilities Take ownership of accurate and timely billing for a range of projects across the organisation Partner closely with Project Managers and clients to drive effective cash flow management and support proactive collections Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the accounts receivable ledger, while assisting with key month-end close activities Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in billing and receivables, and actively support wider finance projects and process enhancements Ideal Experience Proven experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a related financial administrative role, ideally gained within a professional services environment Meticulous attention to detail, with a proactive mindset toward organisation and task prioritisation Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and internal teams alike Collaborative and adaptable, comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Working knowledge of finance systems and tools A valid full driving licence is essential due to the location of the office If you're driven, detail-oriented, and excited to work with leading clients across a variety of fascinating and complex industries, Id love to hear from you.
