Operating events, weddings, and conferences over several rooms and stunning grounds and gardens. You will be responsible for the very highest of service standards. Reporting into a Deputy General Manager you will be responsible for a small full-time team with additionally several part-timers for busy periods.
As Conference and Banqueting Manager you must play an active part in all HOD meetings. With strong communication across all departments. You must also have an excellent track record in controlling costs and training and staff development.
For this Conference and Banqueting Managers role you must have worked in a high-end five-star hotel environment with experience of running a busy events based business.
