Solar PV Electrician – North East
Up to £45,000 + Door-to-Door Pay + Overtime
40-hour week | Paid travel | Overtime available
We’re working with a growing renewable energy contractor looking for an experienced Electrician to join their Solar PV team across the North East.
This role is ideal for an electrician who wants stable work, strong earnings, and a long-term future in renewables — without constant uncertainty around pay or workload.
What You’ll Be Doing
*
Installing and maintaining commercial Solar PV systems
*
Electrical installation, testing, commissioning & fault finding
*
Working on roof-mounted commercial sites and occasional larger projects
*
Following clear RAMS and safe systems of work
*
Occasional planned working away (fully paid)
What You Need
*
Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 / AM2)
*
18th Edition
*
Solar experience helpful but not essential (training provided)
*
Inspection & Testing (2391) preferred but not required
*
Full UK driving licence
