We are currently seeking a technically minded but no less entrepreneurial and proactive Director - Colour Specialist, to take on the driving, lead role for our Colour Lab proposition.
The ideal candidates will of course possess a flair for relationship, new business development and management, and have a nose for identifying and exploiting commercial opportunities. However, just as important is that you are also comfortable with the technical aspects of print, in particular the science, theory and management of colour.
Our Colour Lab product offers a unique proposition within the global market place, and represents an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned print professional to make their unique mark on our business. What you will do:
* Serve as the primary contact for ColourLab and ColourHub accounts.
* Understand client goals, challenges, and industry trends to provide tailored solutions.
* Regularly communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues.
* Develop and execute plans to achieve client and company objectives.
* Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to grow value.
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies
* Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time.
* Monitor PQM progress, and manage client expectations effectively.
* Track Print supplier production metrics, including quality scores and trends.
* Prepare and present PQM performance reports to clients and print suppliers.
* Use data insights to recommend improvements and drive client success.
* Work collaboratively with Product Owner team to develop ColourHub platform.
