The Opportunity
We are seeking a Strategy Manager to play a pivotal role in our Strategy and Operations team - keep reading if you:

Core Responsibilities
* Strategic Planning and Execution: Work closely with the Director of Strategy and Operations to lead the annual strategy planning cycle. This includes translating the 5‑year corporate strategy into actionable plans and facilitating cross‑functional alignment to identify dependencies, opportunities and risks. You will champion high‑impact growth initiatives, craft compelling strategic narratives for stakeholders, and ensure a framework exists that drives accountability and execution
* Strategic Business Partnering and support to drive high‑impact initiatives: Provide strategic support to key departments across the business. You will act as a project lead or partner for new initiatives, conducting thorough, hypothesis‑driven analysis to support recommendations
* Strategic Opportunity Research: Conduct thorough research to identify industry trends and evaluate potential markets, competitors, and opportunities for expansion. You will provide data‑supported recommendations on whether, when, and how to pursue these opportunities
* Project Management Oversight: Lead and manage our Senior Project Manager, setting best practices and standards to ensure the successful execution of critical strategic initiatives across the business
* Strategic Insights & Decision‑Making: Support key strategic decision‑making with robust analysis and data‑driven insights. You will help build and maintain a "strategy control panel" and prepare compelling presentations for executive and board‑level reviews
* Capability Building: Develop strategy playbooks and frameworks for cross‑functional use. Contribute to the development and delivery of a new "Twinkl Strategy & Ops Academy" to help grow the company's internal strategic skills and data literacy
We’re looking for someone with:
* Experience: Approximately 4+ years of experience, ideally in a top‑tier management consulting firm or a corporate strategy role
* Analytical & Modeling Skills: The ability to build robust financial models, conduct market analysis, and use data to support strategic recommendations
* Project & Stakeholder Management: Proven experience in managing complex, cross‑functional projects from end‑to‑end, with exceptional skills in stakeholder management and communication
* Problem Solving and Structured Thinking: A talent for translating complex business problems into simple, scalable frameworks and processes
* Communication & Presentation Skills: The ability to clearly and persuasively communicate strategic ideas and data‑driven insights to senior leadership
* Commercial Acumen: A strong understanding of business fundamentals and the ability to connect operational decisions to financial and strategic outcomes
