Due to rapid and continued growth, Wilson Recruitment is looking for a driven, commercially minded Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing team.

The Role – 360 Recruitment Consultant
You’ll take full ownership of an industrial temps desk, with a strong focus on business development and revenue growth, including:
•Proactive sales, cold calling, and lead generation
•Winning new clients and growing existing accounts
•Negotiating terms of business and rates to maximise margin
•Building a strong, reliable candidate pipeline
•Managing bookings and fulfilment to exceed client expectations
•Advertising, interviewing, and screening candidates
•Participating in an on-call rota (including some weekends)
•Working hours: 08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday

About You
•Proven recruitment experience, ideally running a temps desk
•Hungry, target-driven, and motivated by commission
•Confident closer with strong negotiation skills
•Commercial mindset with a focus on margin and growth
•Industrial recruitment experience is an advantage, but not essential
•Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)
