Are you interested in a new sales opportunity that doesn't tie you to a desk? If so, we have a position available as an Area Sales Representative covering Salford and surrounding areas. This role offers the chance to build relationships with customers, showcase your sales skills, and introduce new customers to Travis Perkins.

What will you be doing?
You will play a crucial role in our success, supporting your Branch Manager and ensuring high standards of service. Responsibilities include:
* Reactivating dormant and low-spending accounts, finding new business, and managing pricing and account development
* Meeting customers face-to-face regularly to build relationships and develop sales opportunities
* Maximizing sales and profit targets from existing and new customers
* Supporting branch sales success through teamwork and expertise
* Working with the Head of Sales to identify development needs
What experience do you need?
* Passion for sales, customer service, initiative, energy, and enthusiasm
* Industry knowledge will be provided through induction and training, with opportunities for further qualifications
* Experience in merchanting or related fields is advantageous but not essential
* Ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
* A full UK driving license with over a year’s driving experience is essential
