The Opportunity We are looking for Senior and Care Assistants to join our dedicated night team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about elderly care, confident in supporting residents overnight, and eager to make a positive difference in a close-knit residential setting. Senior Night Role: Provides leadership during the night shift, supports staff, and ensures smooth running of the shift. Care Assistant Night Role: Delivers compassionate, attentive care to residents and supports night-time routines.
