Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent

To co-ordinate estates operations by managing requests, delivering procurement processes, and maintaining accurate asset tracking to support project success and financial integrity.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Interacting with CAFM (Estates and Facilities Procurement platform), with the primary goal being to manage the incoming procurement requests and distribute them to out to the Estate / Facilities team.
* Preparation and procurement of all goods for a large Care home bedroom upgrade project 1500 beds + (Fittings, furnishing, wall covering, lights etc) – Co-ordinating all the suppliers, deliveries, returns etc.
* Supporting Estates Manager with preparing budget plans and expenditure forecasts and plans.
* Owning and taking responsibility for any discrepancies on delivery issues and dealing with them, controlling stock levels.
* Dealing with fault fix requests, make sure all orders and details are accurate then raising PO’s – Following up to ensure Homes have uploaded to the central asset log
What we are looking for in you !
* Experience in an Estates / Facilities function – Desirable.
* Experience in working with supply chains.
* Knowledge of financial tracking and budget management reporting tools
* Familiarity with CAFM software (Facilities / Estates Procurement systems) – highly desirable
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
* A willingness to occasionally travel to Homes to see the refurbishments or meet with suppliers in the field.
* Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
* Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all tasks.
* Excellent organisational skills and time management, with the ability to prioritise tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
