Due to expansion, they are looking for a Senior/Principal Electronic Design Engineer – Analogue/Digital to join the team. You will have a strong background in electronic design with a broad skill set covering analogue and digital design. In this role of Senior/Principal Electronic Design Engineer – Analogue/Digital, you will be designing electronics from scratch for brand-new products as well as supporting existing products. This company treats the R&D team like adults and is happy for people to work from home, and they are SUPER flexible about this. Their 'Bring Up' phase is quite short, and local Engineers can cover some of the Lab work needed on projects. In reality, you will need to be on-site occasionally to use the lab. This is as remote-based as a perm Electronic Design role can be. Responsibilities and Technical Skills required in the Senior/Principal Electronic Design Engineer – Analogue/Digital will include: Extensive experience in designing analogue and digital circuits. In reality, the work will be predominantly digital, but a good foundation in analogue is still important. Their products mainly use ARM-core Micro’s. Experience of working on design projects from concept to manufacture. Ideally, you’ll have experience in writing basic C code, not for the products, just to test the board you’ve designed.
