Apex Resources are looking for a motivated and detail-orientated Logistics Coordinator for our client in South Lanarkshire. This position is entry level and full training will be provided!
As an Logistics Coordinator, you'll assist in managing the movement of goods across international borders, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations, and providing excellent service to our global customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and process export documentation (invoices, packing lists, customs forms).

Liaise with freight forwarders, couriers, and internal departments.
*
Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
*
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company procedures.
*
Maintain accurate records and data entry within shipping systems.
*
Provide support to the logistics and customer service teams as needed.
