Account Manager FMCG / Commercial Retail Analyst
A fixed-term contract (November – end of March, with the possibility of extension) supporting the Commercial Team in grocery trade cost price increases.
Responsibilities
* Write letters to each retailer detailing cost price increases, reasons, and how to maintain profit without losing sales.
* Track and trace replies and agreements, keeping a comprehensive email trail.
* Update retailer portals (various web interfaces) to reflect agreed price changes seamlessly.
* Notify Masterdata team with changes.
* Maintain detailed, accurate records and perform administrative duties.
* Be highly organised and detail‑oriented with strong system skills.
Qualifications
* Grocery experience essential (e.g., as an Account Executive or junior level role, up to 12 months of experience).
* Analytical mind, adept with processes and workflows, and precise attention to detail.
