Role Introduction
Are you a versatile and driven Project Manager with a passion for delivering impactful transformation? OneAdvanced is seeking an experienced professional to lead a dynamic portfolio of technical and business change projects across our organisation.
In this high-impact role, you will manage software implementations, organisational change initiatives, and cross-functional projects, working closely with senior stakeholders and technical teams to deliver real results.
What You Will Do
* Lead Projects End-to-End: Oversee full lifecycle delivery of technical and non-technical projects.
* Drive Change Management: Implement communications, training, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
* Software Implementation: Manage vendor relationships, development coordination, and rollout.
* Methodology Flexibility: Use Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid models to suit each project.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate clearly with executive leaders and project teams.
* Resource & Portfolio Management: Balance resources across multiple concurrent projects.
* PMO Development: Build and manage PMO functions, templates, governance, and reporting.
* Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with BAs, testers, and developers to ensure traceable and validated requirements.
* Risk & Budget Oversight: Manage RAID logs, project budgets, and financial reporting.
What You Will Have
* Experience managing projects in IT, software, or technology-led environments.
* A strong record of delivering business change and technical implementations.
* Proficiency in both Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
* Experience establishing and managing PMO structures.
* Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, evolving environments.
* Hands-on with project tools like Jira and MS Project.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
* Exposure to continuous improvement and change delivery best practices.
