Responsibilities
* Supporting staff to deliver Step 2 interventions within the Talking Therapies service.
* Providing high quality supervision, support and a focus on wellbeing for staff providing low-intensity interventions within the service.
* Offer expert clinical support and guidance to Step 2 staff.
* To have overall clinical responsibility for the delivery of Step 2 interventions.
* To ensure National Talking Therapies standards are met.
* To contribute to learning and development of Step 2 low intensity workers.
* To provide some clinical intervention at Step 2 for people with common mental health problems, both in-person and via telephone and video appointments.

Requirements
* Clinical supervision and support experience for staff delivering low-intensity (Step 2) interventions.
* Ability to provide clinical intervention at Step 2 for people with common mental health problems, in-person and via telephone or video.
* Experience or ability to ensure adherence to National Talking Therapies standards.
