We’re looking for an experienced and organised Commercial Property Management Surveyor to oversee the day-to-day management of our properties, ensuring income is protected, buildings are well run and clients receive clear and proactive communication.
This is a hands-on property management role focused on operational control, tenant relationships, service charge management, and maintaining high standards across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of Commercial Properties on behalf of clients.
* Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and landlords.
* Oversee rent collection, arrears management, and income protection.
* Manage lease administration, including licence applications, assignments, alterations, and break notices.
* Coordinate rent reviews and lease renewals alongside the agency team.
* Prepare, manage and reconcile service charge budgets in conjunction with the facilities management team to deliver effective cost control and value for money.
* Work closely with the facilities management team to plan maintenance works, compliance requirements, and statutory obligations.
* Prepare regular client reports on property performance, income and operational matters.
* Assist with insurance claims and risk management where required.
About You
* Proven experience in commercial property management.
* Ideally MRICS qualified.
* Strong working knowledge of commercial leases, lease events and property legislation.
* Experience managing service charge budgets and reconciliations.
* Confident handling tenant relationships and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
* Organised, methodical and able to manage multiple properties effectively.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* IT literate with experience using property management systems and MS Office.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, as travel between sites will be required.

Salary £30,000-£40,000 depending on experience
