* Carry out preventative maintenance program
* Carry out reactive maintenance works
* To ensure all environmental conditions are maintained at all times
* Wide range of gas maintenance and repair work
* Ensure all paperwork is compliant to current legislation
* Liaise with our clients representative on a day to day basis regarding work issues
* Ensure an awareness and compliance to the contractual KPI's/SLA's.
Commercial Gas qualifications (essential) e.g. BMP1 CDGA1 CIGA1 COCN1 CORT1 ICPN1 TPCP1 TPCP1A, Level 3 Diploma in Gas Utilisation Installation & Maintenance
* Previous experience within the FM industry and building services knowledge
Monday - Friday, 8am / 5pm + overtime
* Covering multiple commercial offices for high-end clients
* 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
