Customer Service Administrator - Temporary with the view of becoming a permanent role!


Location: Near Hawkhurst, East Sussex - driver essential! % office based.
Pay: £13.00 per hour | Weekly Pay
Contract: Temporary to start


Immediate Start Required | Weekly Pay | 28 days Holiday Incl Bank Hols | Great Benefits | Free lunch!


Would you like to work for a successful company based in the beautiful East Sussex countryside?


This role would suit someone who enjoys being busy and juggling a variety of projects at the same time. You'll be supporting the team across all aspects of administration, including maintaining company data, records and certifications.


The position involves sharing information across departments and liaising with suppliers, so strong administration and customer service skills are essential. In return, you'll receive excellent training and the chance to work in a bright, modern, stateoftheart office.


Having visited the business and met the team, it's clear you'd be joining a friendly and welcoming group of people who take real pride in what they do and are keen to welcome a likeminded person into the team.


The Role



1. Support the team with daytoday administrative tasks

2. Maintain accurate company data, records and certifications

3. Share information across departments and coordinate meetings

4. Liaise with suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders

5. Get involved in a variety of projects and activities across the business



About You



6. Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

7. Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

9. Takes pride in delivering excellent customer service
