Supplier Manager – Technology & Digital
Responsible to: Snr Sourcing Manager – Tech & Digital – UK & Europe

Responsibilities:
This is an exciting opportunity to support and deliver both the Group Procurement and the Business strategy. We are seeking an individual with a passion and enthusiasm for procurement, who can act as a commercial lead for procurement and contract activities. The successful candidate will ensure that all negotiation and contracting work aligns with Group and sector best practices while driving value, mitigating risk, and enabling sustainable business growth.
We are looking for an individual with a passion and enthusiasm for Technology and relationships. Acting as a Relationship Manager for BAU, the successful candidate shall ensure that:
* We drive Supplier Management governance frameworks
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Digital and Technology, Sourcing, Legal and Finance
* Help segment the Supplier base and help to implement Governance including, but not limited to, reporting packs, Scorecards, SLA monitoring, Volume consumption, KPI dashboards, stats and Invoicing issues etc
* Organise, lead and deliver Monthly Service Reviews
* Drive regular engagement with the Stakeholder groups
* Manage continual performance improvement
* Develop the skills to mentor and develop the stakeholder community in the best practices around Supplier Management
* Effective management of escalations both externally and internally
* Primary point of contact for key vendors
* Monitor renewal date and support the Sourcing team with re-negotiations.

Skills/Experience/Knowledge required:
* Possess commercial experience within fast-paced omni-channel retail or relevant commodity/services, with the ability to manage high levels of ambiguity or change.
* Demonstrate confidence in owning problems and issues, proposing solutions, and ensuring deadlines and business goals are achieved.
* Be a self-starter with the initiative and confidence to seek out opportunities to deliver value.
* Influence and drive change by engaging with stakeholders and resolving issues and challenges.
* Exhibit strong engagement and communication skills, with a track record of successfully delivering process improvements and efficiencies.
