This role is within the safeguarding team, managing referrals from section 47 through to permanence, including transfers to the CIC team if needed.
You will work closely with the Team Manager, supporting practice development and supervising students and ASYE workers to promote best practices, with a protected caseload of 8 cases.
Salaries range from £46,731 to £49,764.
Locations include: Cotswolds, Tewkesbury, Stroud, Forest of Dean, Cheltenham, Gloucester.

* Welcome payment of £4,000
* Annual retention payment of £2,000
* Relocation package of up to £8,000

* Generous annual leave starting at 25.5 days, increasing to 30.5 days after five years, with an option to purchase 10 additional days per year

The team is structured to ensure manageable caseloads, including a Team Manager, Advanced Practitioner, and four Social Workers per team.
