Job Description:
About the Role
You will act as the design authority and functional owner for the Order to Cash workstream, ensuring alignment between business requirements, SAP best practices, and integration with upstream and downstream processes.
The role demands a strong balance of functional expertise, programme leadership, and assurance discipline — enabling a risk-free transition from legacy systems to S/4HANA.
You will collaborate closely with leads from Finance, Tax, Revenue Accounting (RAR), Procurement, and Project Systems, ensuring that end-to-end commercial, tax, and financial postings are fully reconciled and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash processes, covering quotation, order management, delivery, billing, and revenue posting.
2. Define OTC process blueprint and integration points with Finance (FICO), Tax, Revenue Accounting (RAR), and Logistics Execution (LE).
3. Oversee configuration of Sales & Distribution (SD), including pricing procedures, billing plans, credit management, and returns processing.
4. Govern and review all WRICEF developments impacting OTC, including forms, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and workflows.
5. Ensure tax determination, invoicing, and billing comply with audit and regulatory standards (VAT, GST, e-Invoicing).
6. Direct data migration for customer master, open sales orders, deliveries, and billing documents.
7. Define and execute test strategy across SIT, UAT, and cutover simulations; ensure audit evidence for revenue assurance.
8. Support integration testing with FSCM, RAR, Project Systems, and external systems (CRM, portals, payment gateways).
9. Collaborate with project leadership to manage scope, risk, and timeline across multi-release deployments.
10. Mentor functional consultants and coordinate with offshore delivery teams for consistency and knowledge transfer.
Experience & Skills Required
11. Extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash delivery, ideally within multi-entity, regulated, or Defence-grade environments.
12. Deep functional knowledge of Sales & Distribution (SD), Billing, Pricing, Credit Management, and Revenue Integration.
13. Familiarity with Revenue Accounting (RAR), Tax integration (Vertex / Sovos), and Group Reporting.
14. Experience in managing complex integration landscapes, including EDI, CRM, and 3rd-party platforms.
15. Proven ability to run design authority sessions and enforce fit-to-standard decisions under programme governance.
16. Sound understanding of compliance, audit traceability, and data migration validation.
17. Exposure to Activate methodology, agile delivery, and multi-release deployment governance.

Qualifications
29. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, or Information Systems.
30. SAP Certified Application Associate – S/4HANA Sales or Finance desirable.
31. Professional certification in project or service delivery (PMP / PRINCE2 / AgilePM) advantageous.
