Job Purpose
As an Audit Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Managing a varied portfolio of audit clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery
* Leading audit engagements from planning to completion, overseeing all aspects of the process
* Reviewing audit work, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
* Supervising, mentoring, and developing junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team
* Supporting business development activities, identifying opportunities to expand the firm’s services
* Working closely with Partners to contribute to the strategic direction of the audit department

The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will:
* Be ACA or ACCA qualified with significant audit experience in UK practice
* Demonstrate a strong technical understanding of audit regulations and standards
* Have a proven track record in managing client portfolios and leading audit engagements
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach
* Be a confident leader with experience in mentoring and developing junior staff
* Have a proactive approach to identifying business development opportunities
* Be highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects effectively
