Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates and tenders for construction projects Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documentation Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations Attend tender review meetings and contribute to bid strategy Identify and assess commercial and contractual risks Maintain accurate records of estimate assumptions and exclusions Build and maintain strong relationships with supply chain partners Assist with handover of successful tenders to delivery teams Essential Hiring Criteria: Previous experience as an Estimator within the construction industry Strong understanding of construction methods, costs, and procurement Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Commercially astute with excellent attention to detail Confident communicator with internal teams and external stakeholders Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office applications Ability to work under pressure and meet tender deadlines Desirable Experience in healthcare, refurbishment, and live-environment projects Background in main contracting or M&E estimating Relevant construction or commercial qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree) How to Apply: If you are interested in joining a business that encourages professional development, career progression and the chance to work with inspirational people then please click apply and register your interest!
