The tenancy Support worker will join a small and friendly team based in Mansfield. The team works closely and effectively to provide support to vulnerable individuals living in Frameworks dispersed accommodation, working towards long term housing within the community and resettlement.Also supporting each other, dealing with a variety of needs/ issues and looking at practical ways of delivering an effective service with positive outcomes.
