Job Description: The Referral and Compliance Coordinator plays a pivotal supportive role in ensuring high-quality service delivery and growth across Spectrum Children Services’ portfolio of Ofsted-regulated Children’s Homes and Supported Accommodation. To lead and coordinate referrals and admissions, maintain strong relationships with commissioning bodies, support and monitor staff training compliance, and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance with Ofsted and internal quality assurance standards (including ClearCare system compliance). Key Responsibilities: Referrals & Admissions * Act as first point of contact for placement referrals. * Coordinate pre-admission assessments and liaise with operational teams. * Maintain records of placements, rejections, and outcomes. * Prepare placement reports and ensure transition plans are documented. Commissioner & Stakeholder Engagement * Build and maintain positive working relationships with commissioners, social workers, and local authorities. * Attend and contribute to professional meetings as required. * Ensure timely communication and updates to stakeholders regarding referrals and placements.
