Principal Systems Engineer
Location: Bolton, Bristol & Stevenage
Onsite: 2 / 3 days per week

Europe’s #1 Integrated Defence Company seeks a talented Systems Engineer to support the design and delivery of next‑gen weapons and missile systems, focusing on the front end of the product life cycle.

Required Skills / Experience
* Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship!
* Requirements and Use Case analysis
* Concept assessment and design trade studies
* System architecture design and functional modelling
* Performance assessment and systems behaviour analysis
* Verification, Validation and Certification
* Model‑based engineering techniques, including MBSE
Benefits Package
* Base salary: Up to £60,000 (DoE)
* Annual Bonus: Circa £2,500
* Overtime: Optional paid overtime - flat rate (1.25)
* Flexi Leave: Up to 15 additional days
* Holidays: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
* Pension: Pension 14% (6% Employee and 8% Employer)
* Share Incentive Plan: Opportunity to purchase shares via payroll before tax and NI.
