Analytics Engineer – Permanent
£58,000 – £68,000 + 10% Bonus

We’re working with a fast‑growing, purpose‑driven organisation delivering services at scale across the UK. They’re currently investing heavily in their data capability and are looking for an Analytics Engineer to help build and shape a modern, in‑house analytics platform.
The Role
You’ll play a key role in developing robust data infrastructure and delivering actionable insights. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you’ll translate business needs into scalable data solutions and help drive data‑led decision making.
What You'll Do
* Build and maintain data pipelines using Python across multiple data sources
* Design and develop dimensional data models in a cloud data platform (e.g. Snowflake)
* Partner with BI teams to deliver insights via reporting tools
* Optimise performance, reliability, and cost efficiency of the data platform
* Implement best practices in CI/CD, data governance, and quality
* Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation
What We're Looking For
* Strong SQL and production‑level Python experience
* Experience with cloud data platforms and data modelling tools (e.g. dbt)
* Solid understanding of ELT pipelines and data engineering principles
* Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management
