Job Title: Nights Guest Service Assistant

Role Overview:
Our Nights Guest Service Assistants are responsible for ensuring every guest receives a safe and outstanding experience during out-of-hours. This role reports directly to the Guest Service Manager and involves working as part of a team in our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supporting the hotel in achieving brand and company metrics and objectives.
2. Building and developing relationships with guests, assessing their needs, and adapting your approach accordingly.
3. Recognizing and appreciating repeat guests, priority members, and VIPs.
4. Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent hospitality.
5. Maintaining high product and service knowledge about all IHG hotels in your region and promoting the hotel, products, services, and IHG to guests.
6. Representing company values and ensuring service excellence.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role is preferred.
* Passion for outstanding customer service.
* Ability to anticipate guest needs.
* Comfortable using technology, including MS Office.
