Pay Rate: £105–£140 per day (experience dependent)

The Role
We are working closely with a welcoming and well-organised primary school in Cullompton that is seeking a flexible and reliable teacher for a long-term placement:
4–5 days per week
Guaranteed until July 2026
Strong consistency and stability
Responsibilities Include:
Delivering high-quality teaching across a range of year groups
Providing PPA and ECT cover, including leading whole-class learning independently
Adapting lesson delivery to meet the needs of different pupils
Supporting small-group interventions where required
Maintaining a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment
You will play a key role in ensuring continuity of learning while supporting pupils’ academic and personal development across the school.
Who We’re Looking For

A qualified primary teacher (QTS)
Confident teaching whole classes across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working across different year groups
