We're looking for a Call Handling Advisor to join our Ministry of Justice and Home Office Contract Administration Team based in Basingstoke. Location: Centenary House, Basingstoke - remote working not available, this role is office based Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 10am and 2pm We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship for this role. What will you be responsible for? As a Call Handling Advisor, you'll be working within the Ministry of Justice and Home Office Contract Administration Team supporting operational and office-based colleagues in delivering efficient service delivery. Your day to day will include: Communicating with internal and external customers for the capture, recording and distribution of service calls onto the CAFM system Raising new work orders for Contract Managers Raising reactive work orders for Kier engineers Monitoring the Ministry of Justice and Home Office inboxes Ordering engineer uniforms What are we looking for? This role of Call Handling Advisor is great for you if: You have an excellent telephone manner with strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills You have proven IT literacy with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & Outlook You have accurate data entry skills with strong attention to detail CTC Clearance is required for this role We're all about finding potential here at Kier, and transferrable skills are always welcome!
