The Innovation & Digital Transformation Manager will spearhead shared initiatives, horizon scan for new technologies, and understand how they might be applied to solve problems and improve efficiencies and experience for council staff and residents.The role includes building and trialling new concepts, learning from both successes and failures, and applying those learnings to advance technology.
